About this activity

Family Gratitude Jar is a low-demand wellbeing habit. Each person writes or draws one good thing from the day on a slip and posts it in a clear jar. Read a few aloud at the weekend. Supports emotional literacy for EYFS through KS2 and suits quiet rainy evenings when screens feel too much.
