About this activity
Quiet Corner Breathing Stones assigns each stone a breath pattern (in for 3, out for 3) or a calm word. Children hold a stone, trace its edge, and breathe. Works with garden pebbles or paper ‘stone’ cut-outs if you have no rocks. Supports regulation for SEN needs during busy school holidays and overstimulating indoor days.
